4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For faster service, exchanges are handled by returning the original item first, then placing a new order for the replacement product.

6. EU Customer Returns
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days for any reason.
The item must still be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. This right is offered in addition to our standard return policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
